Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Nimson, we prioritize your skincare needs and strive to offer you the best products that make you feel confident and special.

We understand that skincare is a personal choice, and for this reason, we offer a full refund for any full-priced, unopened, and unused products returned to our warehouse within 7 days of delivery.

For most locations in India, we provide reverse pickup assistance. If you receive an opened product, you can reject it at the time of delivery.

Please note:

• We do not offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened, or used products.

• We are not responsible for any damage occurring post-delivery.

Refunds will be initiated as soon as the returned product reaches our nearest warehouse, and you will be notified via SMS and email.
